Crisis Connection
Crisis doesn’t wait—and when disaster strikes, families are often left with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Whether it's a fire, flood, tornado, or the trauma of fleeing domestic violence, the impact is immediate and devastating. In the chaos, families are forced to make impossible decisions while navigating the overwhelming aftermath. Many are without identification, unable to access insurance, FEMA, or Red Cross support right away. Yet, life keeps moving—kids still need to get to school, and parents need to return to work.
Crisis Connection is our rapid-response program designed to meet families at this pivotal moment. We provide immediate access to the essential items needed to begin again—pots and pans, clothing, bedding, towels, dishes, and more—all in a welcoming, store-like setting that prioritizes dignity and choice.
Families that qualify for this program are typically able to receive an appointment within 48 hours of the disaster. When they walk through our doors, they’re met with compassion, respect, and the resources they need to triage and stabilize their lives. Each household leaves with a week’s worth of clothing for each family member—including brand-new undergarments—and household basics that help transform temporary shelter into a sense of home.
Crisis Connection is more than just material support. It’s a lifeline in the storm—a reminder that even in the darkest moments, there is a community ready to help carry the weight.
Community Connection
Community Connection is the heart of our year-round support, offering families navigating financial hardship a dignified and empowering way to access the basics—because we believe every parent deserves the opportunity to care for their family with pride.
Through this program, qualified families are invited to shop twice a year for clothing, shoes, and brand-new undergarments for every member of their household. But this isn’t your average giveaway—it’s a curated, guided shopping experience led by caring personal shoppers who are there to make it easy, fun, and uplifting. We even include a few surprise extras to make each visit feel special.
We proudly partner with schools, social service agencies, and local nonprofits to ensure that families in need are referred with ease and treated with warmth. Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome, respected, and seen—no matter their circumstances.
From thoughtful accommodations for individuals with disabilities to translation support for families facing language barriers, we go the extra mile to make sure every guest feels comfortable and confident as they shop.

Christmas Connection
There’s nothing quite like the magic of Christmas morning—the sparkle in a child’s eyes, the joy of unwrapping a long-hoped-for gift, and the memories that stay with them for a lifetime. Christmas Connection is our signature program, dedicated to making that magic possible for thousands of children across Oklahoma every year.
Through this one-of-a-kind holiday experience, parents and guardians are invited to shop—free of charge—for brand-new toys, warm coats, pajamas, shoes, and festive Christmas decorations. The experience is joyful and personal, giving caregivers the dignity of choice as they thoughtfully select gifts their children will love.
Our space transforms into a winter wonderland stocked and staffed by caring volunteers who help wrap gifts, restock shelves, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with kindness and cheer. Every detail is designed to ensure families not only receive support, but feel celebrated.
The impact goes far beyond the wrapped packages. It’s about the moment a child wakes up on Christmas morning to find something just for them under the tree—a moment of wonder, belonging, and joy. It’s about giving families the ability to create treasured traditions and joyful memories, even during hard times.
